Those of you who know me know I am no artist. Far from it. But I appreciate art. I even own some of it. And I really respect the way that artists go about the process of seeing. I've included a photo diary on the righthand corner of this blog. In part, it's for friends who don't live here to see my fair city as I see it. But more important, I'm hopeful that the discipline of providing daily shots for this diary will make me more alert to the art in the everyday world around me. I could try to tie this project to mass tort litigation with stories about trial lawyers needing to be observant, but that would stretch credulity. The simple truth is, I've included the diary because it is fun. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
